Rimmel Stay Matte Liquid Lipsticks: Review & Swatch

Can one person ever have enough lipsticks? All I know is I can’t stop myself from buying them, and as soon as a brand comes out with a new product, I’ll be the first to pick it up!

So today I went into town and picked myself up one of the new Rimmel London’s Stay Matte Liquid Lipsticks in the shade ‘Rose and Shine’. Rimmel describe these as:

“Rimmel London’s Stay Matte Liquid Lip Colour delivers high intensity colour with a velvety matte finish from the very first stroke!”

  • Bold color with just one stroke
  • Impressive staying power – up to 12hr – kiss-proof, touch-proof, waterproof
  • Velvety matte finish
  • Unbelievably comfortable, lightweight texture

Honestly, I get kind of disappointed when I can’t give an constructive feedback…but these lipsticks are fantastic. I am beyond impressed. The formula of these are super lightweight…I kept on running to the nearest mirror thinking it had completely worn off but it would still be perfectly intact. Definitely a long lasting lipstick.

As for the colour pay-off? BEAUTIFUL! How beautiful is this shade?!

I will 100% be picking up more from this collection, and this has definitely made it to the top of my make-up collection!

  • Ease of application: 5/5
  • Pigmentation: 5/5
  • Texture: 5/5
  • Longevity: 4/5
  • Ease of removal: 4/5
  • Cost: 5/5

These can be bought at most local drugstores for £5.99, and you can buy these from Superdrug here.

Let me know what you think in the comments below! I love hearing from you!

Thanks for reading, hope this has been helpful!
